Will McFarlane returns to Durham to celebrate Blue Note Grill’s 3rd anniversary with two shows this weekend. Friday, The Will McFarlane Band plays from 9:00 to 11:30p, following the Duke Street Dogs’ regular Friday After Work Party from 6-8p. Sunday is the 3rd annual WillFest Birthday Jam from 3:00 to 8:00, with Will & guest performers rotating onstage (musicians are invited to bring their instruments). No cover charge, just bring a dish to this potluck event. Saturday night, it’s the The Straight 8’s high-octane rockabilly from 8:00 to 11:00 for BNG’s 3rd Anniversary Party.
