The Allman Brothers Band announced 12 summer tour dates today, with stops in Raleigh Friday, August 30 and Charlotte Saturday, August 31. Steve Winwood is the opening act for six shows, including Raleigh and Charlotte. Grace Potter & the Nocturnals open on four dates. Two shows, in Chicago, are billed as “An Evening with the Allman Brothers,” with no opening act.
Ticket sales start April 26, with Raleigh and Charlotte tickets available beginning May 10.
